Santos Gomez and his crew from Lee County Plumbing came to our house today to fix our kitchen faucet. They fixed it in a minimal amount of time. They were very responsive and professional. In my opinion they are the best for all your plumbing needs. In addition, some weeks ago we received an outstanding emergency repair of a water leak on a weekend. Their standby plumber arrived quickly and repaired the leaking pipe expeditiously. He didn’t leave until everything was working like it should with no water leaks.

Called Lee County Plumbing for a Well emergency problem. They were the only ones who answered the phone that morning and were able to have someone out to me same day.I don't impress easily and yet Ben and José impressed me and were so helpful in making the correct decision on my well issue. We have lived here for 43 years and it heartwarming to have a company and a caring person ( Ben ) that care about their customers, to take the time to explain, and answer your questions. They were quick, they replaced my well pump and pipe in the well in a couple hours and did it with a smile in this Florida heat. My Well guy whom we have had for 40 year's retired, and I feel blessed to have found a this company. Thank you Lee County Plumbing.

What we just moved into our home. Was not expecting to have a plumbing problem. As soon as we moved in we noticed around 6 o’clock in the morning everything started backing up into the tub. So we called Lee country service plumbing Rodriguez, came out with his crew. Hands-down I’m so excited Rodriguez and his crew came out to fix our situation, I was so happy with these guys that I recommend them to anybody in the Florida county. Their professionalism was incredible. Their service incredible. Usually meet people that hate their jobs but these guys they love what they do. They came with a smile and laugh with a smile. I recommend them to anybody for their plumbing service thank you guys so much for coming out and taking care of a future lawn customers they will not go to any other plumbing company. I recently had a water emergency with our home well system.The technician (Paul Van N.) and his apprentice (Ainsly) were spot on in repairing/replacing a major part, my well pump.While on site, they both knew what to do and made the repair in a reasonable period of time and the price was competitive. Our water service is restored and I would recommend them for anycritical plumbing repairs like that.Also when I then was in contact with their office staff, Yaile was very helpful and nice to deal with.

Our emergency was taken care of excellently. As soon as we called, the emergency plumber, Roger, reached back shortly for a time in which we could expect him. He was beyond polite, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. He had an intricate job at hand, as our home’s plumbing was incorrectly installed by construction. Yet he tackled everything with so much patience. He educated us on his job process and where the problem came from. His manners were so admirable and we are beyond grateful for his care and attention during his time with us.

Paul, the technician, was at my home today to do the monthly maintenance for my Water Sanitation system . Plus he found many areas that needed to be repaired as the installation from the prior water company was defaulted and installed improperly. Paul without hesitation fixed it immediately. I have gone through three other water companies they have a high turnover and was very unhappy, never on time for the monthly service always had to call in. Paul handled himself professionally has a nice demeanor very detailed about everything explained everything to me so it was easy for me to understand as I live alone and I am single and have to maintain my house he extended his time Beyond to make sure everything was working 100% Plus and he succeeded 100% Plus. To add to his professionalism he has a nice personality and very understanding and patient with his customer. This gentleman definitely deserves recognition as he is truly an asset to your company and should be highly rewarded for all his efforts. He definitely stands out in the crowd of employees

I lost the original link I received from Benjamin. Him and his partner came out and installed a new water system in Lehigh.They were fantastic. Our mind is completely made up after this I’m only dealing with you guys. It started with our water pump going out and calling you guys for a fix. Then to get a quote, and out of all of our quotes, you guys were the most genuine, sweet, and compassionate. Benjamin and his helper came and handled our million questions with care. Unfortunately, my well pump stopped working. I called multiple companies. Lee County Plumbing & Well was one of them. They were quick to give me a call back and were able to give me the best estimate. They were able to get out to my house quickly to replace the pump. However, prior to replacing the pump, they did some tests and determined, the electric may be the issue. Rather than changing the pump, they helped me connect with an electrician. The electrician was able to diagnose the problem, which was a faulty outlet due to corrosion. They could have charged me for a new pump without me needing one. I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service and knowledge. Dave, in particular was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I hope my pump doesn’t go out anytime soon, but if it does, they will be the only company I call.

I had an unusually high water bill and called a leak detection company that indicated to me there was a leak under the slab of the house. They gave me options to repair the leak although they do not do repairs.I contracted with Lee County Plumbing to repipe the house. They came out, inspected and the next day sent me their findings and a quote for repiping the house. I dealt with Frank and Chris on the phone who were nice to deal with. After obtaining the necessary permit, a crew came to the house and finished the job in one day. They were professional and did a good job. I recommend them highly.

The guys who did my new pump messed up the install, causing the pump to throw the breaker every time it started up. Different guy's came out to fix it and they didn't fix it, after they left it kept throwing the breaker. Finally they sent me someone who knew what he was doing. I have issues with my well pump system and “Dave and Paul” showed to fix it. They were really professional and they troubleshoot everything until they found the problem.They did not rush to determine that the pump was bad without checking the small components first. To me, this means that they care about the customer and no just to take your money.It was a Friday afternoon when most supply house close around 4 or 5 PM but Lee County Plumbing keep supplies for emergency situations to get the job done and they did.Customer service, quality and value is what Lee County plumbing offer to their customers!Thank you Cody, Dave, Paul and Lee County plumbing!

Paul came out yesterday evening and confirmed that our well pump had died. The system was original at our 18 year old property in Cape Coral. We use the system for irrigation only and so I had the option of abandoning the well altogether and hooking up to the City's reclaimed water. The quotes I had received for doing that were much higher than the amount Paul quoted for replacement of the pump. For this reason and a few others, I decided to have them replace the pump.Paul and Dave came out this morning and did the work. In the end, they had to rebuild the entire system as the pressure tank had failed as well which is likely what killed the pump. Even with the new pressure tank, the cost was still significantly less.I couldn't be happier with their work. If you've got a well problem call them. I found them to be prompt, professional, honest and fair. Thanks guys!

I would recommend this company highly. The service and personal attention they provided to me (despite the 10-2 warranty which I do not recommend) was top of the line. They did everything and then some to get this job done and maintained professionalism in getting it done despite my frustration with my warranty company. I called Lee County Plumbing & Well Service because my well was making a "clicking" noise when the pump turned on/off. I got their voicemail, but Jen returned my call within 2 minutes and apologized for not answering right away. 25 minutes later, I got a call that Matt was on his way. He is the current well manager and was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and explained what it means in simple lay-person terms. Very pleasant experience. I wish I had known about them 3 years ago!

My well system pressure tank went out late on Thursday night. After calling a handful of companies first thing Friday morning, nobody could fit me in until the following week, which was understandable. I stumbled across this company and they went above and beyond, fitting me into their busy schedule same day. The plumber that stopped by my house did an excellent job!!! He was knowledgeable and well trained. He was able to find the problem with his camera and remove the clogged from the pipe. It ended up being a plastic fitting that was put in the drain during construction.

Excellent fast service. Called the company and they responded in a few hours on a Friday night! Santos knew exactly what was causing the issues in our brand new home. Using a camera and a special tool he detected a crack in the pipe. He was very professional and told me what happens next. Now we are waiting for the repair team. Hope they are as astute as Santos!

Went out to provide a plumbing service to a residential customer. They were experiencing draining problems in the master bathroom tub. I inspected the area and found that the tub was not draining due to an obstruction in the drain. I was able to clear the lines to remove the obstruction for the homeowner. The tub is now draining as it should.

We were contacted to repair a drain at a residential customer’s home. Upon arrival, I cleared the clogged shower drain in the master bathroom, using a plumbing snake to remove the hair and soap scum that was creating the obstruction. The drain is now cleared and the shower is running properly in the bathroom again. The customer was pleased with the service.

A customer had called Lee County Services to replace the emergency shut-off valves for her toilets. She had previously had her toilets replaced and the installers only replaced the supply lines. She didn’t totally understand the trip fee, but I told the customer that if she would accept my quote I would waive that fee, which she agreed to. I shut off the water to the unit and drained the cold water side. I then cut the cpvc pipe to remove the compression-style valves. Installed the new cpvc and glued the emergency shut-off valves on both. I allowed time for it to dry and checked for leaks before departing.

Pump wasn’t building past 30psi. Pulled pump and no visible issues, suggested pump replacement and cust accepted. Pump set about 120 feet down water table roughly 100ft.

Customer has called Lee County Services due to water heater leaking. 40 low under air handler. Second floor and elevator is out. Currently water heater will not drain. Will need pumped out. Installed new 38 gallon top fed low. New 28 inch metal pan. Isolation and pressure relief valves as well as fittings and pipe for reconnect.

A residential customer called Lee County Services due to a leak in their kitchen sink. We went out to the home to repair it. We were able to cap off the sink drain to resolve the issue. We ran the water to ensure there were no leaks before leaving. The customer was pleased with the plumbing service.

The bladder inside the original pressure tank ruptured. Causing tank to fill with water outside of bladder. In turn this caused the pressure switch to short cycle. Cut out old pressure tank and replaced with new.

Customer has called Lee County Services due to the toilet in the guest bathroom needs to be reset. Also to check the garbage disposal for a leak. Reset the guest bathroom toilet with new wax and Johni bolts. Also resealed the base. Disposal: Found flange bolts completely stripped and will not tighten. Removed and replaced disposal flange with new putty. Tested for leaks.
