At 5:30pm 12/20/23 we realized that we had a blockage on all lines, could not flush any toilet, etc. I called the emergency line, within 2 hours Francisco arrived to the house. He had to try to clear the line for almost 45 minutes, at which point he was able to clear the block. After he fixed the problem, he walked me through the house and gave me advice on maintaining plumbing fixtures to increase longevity and prevent future blockage. Francisco would be an asset to any company and is beyond expert in his field. Thank you Francisco!

When other plumbers can't fix your plumbing issue, Francisco is definitely the plumber you need. We had a mystery hot water issue that two other plumbers couldn't diagnose or fix. Francisco went above and beyond to solve our problem and finally last night we were able to have properly hot showers! I can't recommend him and Lee County Plumbing enough!

Our well pump went bad due to multiple reasons and thanks to a plumber friend for recommending LEE CO SERVICES!!! Roger is a top notch manager!!! Paul and Ansily were out the same day and so respectful, professional, and so knowledgeable! Paul took the time to check out RO system and found that was damaged as well. He not only assessed the issues...he contacted Roger to verify a part of the issues, and to further inspect it, he was at our house within 30min to look at it as well! Lee was called to replace a water meter in the HOUSE NEXT to mine.They used my lawn - without permission - to position their excavator - tearing up the sod, creating a mess on the sidewalk and creating piles of rubble.They did not fix it and left it a mess.

I would like to share that if you’re ever in search of repiping your home the only company you should use is this company. The techs that came over were Jeff, Adrian, Tony and another technician. They were very knowledgeable and just the sweetest and most respectful people. They handled my house as if it was their own. I bought them lunch and wished I could do more for them. I knew I needed a Repipe in my 1973 home but didn’t know how bad it was until they showed me the importance of salvaging my cabinets and drywall. I will always use this company for all my plumbing needs and did you know that upinor pipe has a longer lasting use than copper? They managed to even clean up after they were done. Not all companies do that! I’m appalled at the outstanding service they provided me and overall grateful for this company for choosing guys like them as employees. I mean if I could give them 10 stars I would!!! This company even works on Well Systems and so much more!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩 They also have reasonable pricing!!!

Santos Gomez and his crew from Lee County Plumbing came to our house today to fix our kitchen faucet. They fixed it in a minimal amount of time. They were very responsive and professional. In my opinion they are the best for all your plumbing needs. In addition, some weeks ago we received an outstanding emergency repair of a water leak on a weekend. Their standby plumber arrived quickly and repaired the leaking pipe expeditiously. He didn’t leave until everything was working like it should with no water leaks.

Called Lee County Plumbing for a Well emergency problem. They were the only ones who answered the phone that morning and were able to have someone out to me same day.I don't impress easily and yet Ben and José impressed me and were so helpful in making the correct decision on my well issue. We have lived here for 43 years and it heartwarming to have a company and a caring person ( Ben ) that care about their customers, to take the time to explain, and answer your questions. They were quick, they replaced my well pump and pipe in the well in a couple hours and did it with a smile in this Florida heat. What we just moved into our home. Was not expecting to have a plumbing problem. As soon as we moved in we noticed around 6 o’clock in the morning everything started backing up into the tub. So we called Lee country service plumbing Rodriguez, came out with his crew. Hands-down I’m so excited Rodriguez and his crew came out to fix our situation, I was so happy with these guys that I recommend them to anybody in the Florida county. I recently had a water emergency with our home well system.The technician (Paul Van N.) and his apprentice (Ainsly) were spot on in repairing/replacing a major part, my well pump.While on site, they both knew what to do and made the repair in a reasonable period of time and the price was competitive. Paul, the technician, was at my home today to do the monthly maintenance for my Water Sanitation system . Plus he found many areas that needed to be repaired as the installation from the prior water company was defaulted and installed improperly. Paul without hesitation fixed it immediately. I have gone through three other water companies they have a high turnover and was very unhappy, never on time for the monthly service always had to call in. Unfortunately, my well pump stopped working. I called multiple companies. Lee County Plumbing & Well was one of them. They were quick to give me a call back and were able to give me the best estimate. They were able to get out to my house quickly to replace the pump. However, prior to replacing the pump, they did some tests and determined, the electric may be the issue. Rather than changing the pump, they helped me connect with an electrician. The electrician was able to diagnose the problem, which was a faulty outlet due to corrosion. They could have charged me for a new pump without me needing one. I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service and knowledge. Dave, in particular was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I hope my pump doesn’t go out anytime soon, but if it does, they will be the only company I call.

I had an unusually high water bill and called a leak detection company that indicated to me there was a leak under the slab of the house. They gave me options to repair the leak although they do not do repairs.I contracted with Lee County Plumbing to repipe the house. They came out, inspected and the next day sent me their findings and a quote for repiping the house. I dealt with Frank and Chris on the phone who were nice to deal with. After obtaining the necessary permit, a crew came to the house and finished the job in one day. They were professional and did a good job. I recommend them highly.
