Lee County Plumbing & Well Service has grown by serving Southwest Florida homeowners with a simple belief: do the work honestly, treat people right, and build a company that customers feel good calling again.
What started as a plumbing company serving local families became something larger through consistency, reputation, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Over time, that meant expanding capabilities, strengthening the team, and continuing to meet the evolving needs of homeowners throughout the region.

Southwest Florida is not a one-size-fits-all market. The homes are different. The water conditions are different. The service needs are different.
Some homeowners deal with hard water and scale. Others rely on wells. Some need help with repiping in older homes. Others are focused on drain issues, backflow compliance, septic concerns, or upgrading equipment before small issues turn into bigger ones.

We've proudly served Fort Myers and surrounding areas since 2010, working tirelessly to meet the plumbing needs of our clients. As an independent small business, we've always been guided by the values we hold dear: honesty, integrity, service, and accountability. We aren't driven by our bottom line. Rather, our greatest obligation is to the people and the communities we serve.
In 2018, Troy and Kathleen Lanz purchased Lee County Plumbing. Despite the change in ownership, our values have never changed. We remain fiercely dedicated to bettering our community, both through our work and through other initiatives.
